CUSTOM FABRICATION
TRENTON fabricates Pipe and Tube to customer’s special requirements in Brass, Copper, Aluminum, Stainless Steel, Carbon Steel, wall thicknesses up to Schedule 80.
Typical operations include one or more of the following:
THREADING = various THREAD FORMS including NPT, NPSL, NPSM, NPTF, SHORT (Hospital) THREADS, BPS, BSPT (Metric), UN, UNS, etc.
BENDING = tight radius, tolerances to +/- 1 degree, mandrill supported thin wall bending, heavy wall bending—can bend schedule 80, 316 Stainless Steel and heavier
MACHINING = precision machine shop operations, such as milling, grinding, boring, shaping
TAPPING = various thread forms—see above under threading
BROACHING and SWAGING (expanding and reducing)
SOLDERING and BRAZING
CUTTING = saw cutting or roller cutting
END SPINNING = end closed as a ‘test-tube’ end = diameter to 1/2”- brass and
copper only
CUSTOM FINISHES = polished, chrome, nickel (polished or brushed)
END FORMING / FLARING
DRILLING
GROOVING = standard Victaulic groove or custom
