All nipples are available in types 304L or 316L stainless steel and schedule 40 or schedule 80 wall thicknesses. |
All stainless steel nipples that are domestically produced or imported are made to the highest quality in compliance to the ASTM A733 standard. Stainless steel nipples are manufactured from either welded or seamless pipes in accordance to ASTM A312/A312M.
Standard nipple threads are NPT National (American) Pipe Taper Threads in accordance to ASME B.1.20.1. In addition to the standard NPT threads, nipples are available in a variety of thread forms. See NPT Thread Data. |
