Copper-Nickel Pipe (Cupro Nickel)

The two common Seamless Copper-nickel alloys are Alloy 706 (C76000 - 10% nickel) and Alloy 710 (C71000 - 20% nickel).
Trenton stocks Alloy 706 only; Alloy 710 as well as other CuNi alloys are available as a special order.
The applicable Standard is ASTM B 466. This pipe is made in standard pipe sizes as well a military specification pipe sizes. Trenton stocks standard pipe sizes only; Military specification pipe is available by special order.

Lead max 0.05%

Iron 1-1.8%

Zinc max. 1%

Manganese max. 1%

Sulfur max. 0.02%

Phosphorus max. 0.02%

Copper remainder (approx. 88-89%)
